PC&A offers different kinds of masterbatches suited to enhance resistance to ignition and fire. Fire resistance is increased by either creating a char layer that resists heat transfer and slows down flame propagation. Other kinds of FR MBs work by releasing of gases that dilute oxygen concentration near flame.
Based on the applications and requirements of the customers, we can engineer FR package for specific kinds of polymers like PP, PA, PC, ABS and PBT.
